Hard Drive Shipment

The Hard Drive Shipment option allows MarketScale creators and videographers to send us their production footage by mail instead of uploading through Suite Connect. This is ideal for large files, limited internet speeds, or situations where an overnight physical transfer is preferred.

When you select this option, we’ll provide instructions for mailing your hard drive directly to our Post-Production team. Once received, your footage will be ingested, backed up, and added to your client's Studio channel just like all digital uploads.

When to Use This Option

• You filmed in a location with slow or unreliable internet

• You have extremely large RAW files that would take too long to upload

• You prefer to send a physical drive for convenience or speed

• Suite Connect is unavailable or not ideal for your situation

• Confirmation once your footage has been processed and added to Studio

Important Notes

• This is an alternative to Suite Connect uploads—both options deliver footage to the same pipeline.

• Drives should be shipped the same evening the production concludes to stay within SLA.

• You must include your client name, production date, and your full name on the shipment form so we can match the footage to your production.
